We also use own water and electric, and we don’t use petrol powered generators or jetwash equipment that may disrupt neighbors or holiday makers.

Interior Cleaning For Static Caravans

Static caravans may fool you when it comes to cleaning as they look like a home, so you’d be right in thinking that you can apply the same cleaning methods. This is not always the case, as static caravans are generally manufactured with different glues in soft materials and trims that won’t withstand mopping or hoovering with standard cleaning methods or products.

Changeover cleans: Our changeover cleans are specifically for campsites and those who rent out their caravans. We will conduct additional checks during our cleaning to identify areas of extra cleaning or damage caused by rental customers. Flooring Repairs

Unfortunately, static caravan floors and trims are not made to withstand leaks or moisture ingress. This leads to blown skirting boards or spongy floors which may need partial or full replacement. Some of our flooring repairs include:

Partial Repair: Identifying a section of flooring that requires replacement. This would be a section defined between supports.
Full Repair: This would be a flooring repair which covers an entire area or room. We see this most common in a bathroom or shower room where trims haven’t been sealed correctly and leak over time.
Trim & Skirting Repairs: Trims in static caravans are made from PVC or MDF. PVC trims can warp with fluctuations in heat or excess moisture and cause adhesives to fail. MDF suffers badly and blows the vinyl when continuous mopping against joints or spills/leaks occur that are identified quickly.

Window & Door Repairs

Static Caravans move over time and this can affect the alignment of both windows and doors. Door & window hinges are also a weak point on holiday homes with regular use and these can sometimes fail altogether. Some of our window and door repairs cover the following:
